About me
As well as being an experienced all-round trainer who can help you achieve weight loss, muscle tone, general conditioning and improve stamina with a variety of fun and stimulating workouts. I am also an experienced Kick-boxercise and Self defence Instructor with a real passion for martial arts which I can incorporate into our general sessions, or use to create a specialised workout.
I have advanced training in Boxing, Kickboxing, Taekwondo and Self-defence. Along with the obvious health benefits I find the self-defence aspect of martial arts very useful skill and have worked as a security officer in night clubs and provided close-protection bodyguard services in London and abroad.
I also train actors and celebrities for the film industry, assisting Action Actor and Stunt Fight Coordinator - Emil Martirossian and Choreographing fight scenes for Film, Television and Commercials.
Drawing on my training in martial arts, film work and close protection I will show you how to build deeper levels of fitness, confidence, strength, power, flexibility and get amazing results.
